Dr. Steve Ayers delivers the sermon with scriptures from Exodus 19:2-8a and Matthew 9:35-10:23. Miles Simpson is the deacon of the week. He will read the Old Testament scripture and lead the morning prayer.
Happy Anniversary
The flowers in the sanctuary are given in honor of Gene and Frances Morris on their 56th wedding anniversary. They are given with love by Susan, Alec, Bill, Tracie and Lea.

Deacon nomination forms are available today. Please list 6 people to serve a 3-year term. Listed on the form are those who are currently on the diaconate. Those rotating off must wait a year before they can serve again.

Share the Harvest Farm open house
Share the Harvest Farm will have an open house on Saturday, June 24, from 10 a.m. until noon. Squash is the theme for this year. David Goforth will have a stir fry demonstration at 10:00. Also featured is how easy it is to grill vegetables at 10:30. Squash pickles will be shared. Free samples will be given.

Patriotic Concert
Celebrate America! The Piedmont Choral Society and guest community singers will perform “All Patriotic Music” on Sunday, June 25, at 3 p.m. at Forest Hill United Methodist Church in Concord. The concert is free. A love offering will be taken.
