Dr. Steve Ayers delivers the sermon “A True King” with scriptures from Psalm 93 and John 18:33-37. Bryant Frazier is the deacon of the week. He will read the Old Testament lesson and have the morning prayer.
Honoring Tappy McMIllan
Tappy McMillan will be honored today during the Sunday School hour with a reception in the Journey Classroom and at both worship services for her years as the Child Development Center director.
The Senior Adults will be going to the Southern Supreme Fruitcake Factory on Saturday, December 8. They will stop in Siler City for lunch. The bus will leave at 9:45. Please see Frances Morris if you want to go.
The Family Life Committee plans to go to the Speedway on December 8 to see the Christmas lights. See Erin Currie if you are interested in going.

Children’s warm clothing drive
We are collecting new or gently used coats for boys and girls from preschool to elementary school ages. Sizes most needed are for 4 & 5 year-old boys and girls. Also needed is new socks and underwear. There is a collection box in the lobby.
