On Friday a group left Concord to travel to Eagle Eyre, Lynchburg, VA for PassportKids. Camp is always an exciting time of experiencing God in a fresh and unique way. They will return on Monday. Please keep them in your prayers.

The youth are collecting beach towels, bags and 30 SPF spray sun screen for their Arkansas Mission Trip. They are also collecting K cups for a craft in Arkansas.

The hot dog sale each Friday has helped tremendously with our debt on the building. Dr. Whicker is in need of people to work in the kitchen on the 4th Friday each month. He also needs someone to handle the dessert and drink table on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th Friday.  An extra person or two would be great to have to fill in when others need to be away any Friday. Please see or call Dr. Whicker if you can make a coca cola cake or banana pudding or can fill any of these positions.

Vacation Bible School is July 19-24. The theme is Weird Animals-Where Jesus’ Love is One of a Kind!

Remember that Cooperative Christian Ministry needs extra food this summer since children are not at school. The R.A.I.N. Closet needs include deodorant, toothpaste, bar soap, Clorax and trash bags.
