Dr. Steve Ayers will deliver the sermon with scriptures from Luke 15:1-10 and Jeremiah 4:11-12, 22-28. Judy Jones is the deacon of the week. She will read the Old Testament scripture and have the morning prayer.

Youth Meeting

The Youth will meet tonight from 6:15-7:45.

Tuesday Bible Study

The Tuesday Bible Study Group will meet at the Afton Pub this Tuesday at noon.

The Children’s Council

The Children’s Council will meet at 6 p.m. on Wednesday. Youth Council will meet on September 18 at 4:30 p.m.

Fall Festival

The Fall Festival will be on Friday, October 28. Please bring wrapped candy to be used as prizes. Tubs are at the doors. If you would like to volunteer to help, please see Londa Carroll or Regis McLean.

Hot dog driver needed

A driver to deliver hot dogs is needed for the hot dog sale on Friday. You would be able to leave at noon. Also needed is a Coca Cola Cake weekly. See Winfry Whicker if you can help with either need.

Nursery workers needed

The nursery is in need of volunteers for both worship services. Please contact Jordan Plemmons to help with the 8:30 service and Melinda Wolanin to help with the 10:45 service.
